How much meat should we really eat?

According to the World Health Organisation, bacon, sausages and ham can cause cancer, ranking in the same category as alcohol and cigarettes.

The UN health body has declared processed meats like ham, salami and cabanossi as group 1 carcinogens, because of a causal link with bowel cancer.

'Red meats' arent off the hook either, with links to pancreatic and prostate cancer.
