How much more? Researchers who followed over 370,000 people for an average 15 years, suggest as much as two to four times the 30 minutes per day magic number.
Squeezing in an hour each day can be hard for many of us, but the benefits include helping to prevent diabetes, cardiovascular disease and several cancers as well.
