If you're anything like me, avocado features daily in my life. It goes with just about everything.
But artist Boris Toledo from Chile likes to embrace the good old avocado differently. Rather than just smashing it on a piece of toast, he creates realistic portraits of celebrities and cartoon characters.
The first time he attempted one of the works, it took him about six hours ... that's a long time to wait for breakfast!
