Sarah Michelle Gellar blasted Vogue for featuring Kim Kardashian and Kanye West on its April cover.
The actress voiced her disapproval of the controversial move, tweeting, "Well...I guess I'm canceling my Vogue subscription. Who is with me???"
Apparently a lot of people. Fashion blogger Bryanboy wrote: "Twenty four years of loyalty to American Vogue and then this." Entertainment journalist Nikki Finke also tweeted, "I'm loving the big backlash aimed at [Vogue editor] Anna Wintour for putting Kim Kardashian on Vogue cover. Issue should come with barf bag."
Wintour defended the cover, saying, it "is both charming and touching." She added that "it was...entirely our idea to do it; you may have read that Kanye begged me to put his fiancée on Vogue’s cover. He did nothing of the sort."
