Once again Mix 104.9's Top End's Best Boss has attracted nominations from a diverse range of workplaces as part of October Business Month.
Proudly supported by Nautilus Aviation Darwin, the annual award encourages employees to nominate bosses who exemplify good leadership, communication skills and who are in tune with their employee's needs.
Our judges had a difficult task choosing our three finalists as all nominations were of a very high standard. We congratulate the following nominees:

Each boss is in the running to win The Ultimate Getaway thanks to Nautiuls Aviation Darwin which comprises return airfares for two flying Qantas from Darwin to Cairns, Nautilus Aviation helicopter transfers for two to the secluded island hideaway of Orpheus Island on the Great Barrier Reef and three nights accommodation at the Orpheus Island Resort for two. Wow!!
The Mix 104.9 Top End's Best Boss will be announced at tonight's OBM Keynote: The New Wellness with Sarah Wilson at the Darwin Convention Centre from 5:30pm.
