Territorian Kellie Carroll has created history becoming the first female angler to catch a $10,000 tagged barramundi in the Million Dollar Fish competition.
Kellie caught the prize-tagged fish on Monday in Darwin Harbour after a last minute decision to go fishing.
Just a few hours later, Darwin resident George Voukolos hooked the second tagged barra of season two of the competition whilst fishing at Daly River, a popular fishing spot two and a half hours from Darwin.
Kellie spoke to Greg and Ali about her catch and how she plans to spend her windfall. Listen to their chat here.
