The first authentic Indigenous festival of its kind, featuring Australia's biggest light show installation, has been switched on in Central Australia.
Parrtjima, a Festival in Light, stretches over 2.5 kilometres of the iconic MacDonnell Ranges and showcases contemporary and traditional Indigenous art created by local artist.
It is a free 10 night festival and runs until 2 October 2016.
