The managers at Kmart in Melbourne's north have been forced to lock the stores Cadbury chocolate blocks in DVD style security cases to avoid them being stolen. Apparently a larger number of customers open the blocks & treat themselves to a snack as they browse the store. Now customer's have to take the blocks to the counter to be unlock upon purchase.
