With the majority of the political leaders of the Western world attending the British Prime Minister's funeral in London you might be thinking 'what a great gathering to have a terrorist attack'. Well...You'd be right.
"London has Fallen" reminded me of 'the Chaser's War on Everything' trying to infultrate the APEC meeting in Sydney 9 years ago. Both are very funny and totally unbelievable. With a budget of $60 million they should've made sure their special effects team was allocated more than what they must've recieved. I've seen better effects in films from the 1980's. The war on terrorism is in full swing here and it's up to Presidential security aide Mike Banning (played by Gerard Butler) to bring down these bad boys and he does it with every weapon you could imagine.
For a Sunday matinee to escape the heat of the day it's a easy way to waste a couple of hours. 'London Has Fallen' is a modern day propaganda film that has you cheering for the terrorists occasionally....and that's not a good thing with its subject matter.
