This Friday (May 1) join Mix 104.9’s Greg & Ali at The Cav in Cavenagh St from 5.30am – 3pm for National Starlight Day. All funds raised on the day will be added to those funds raised at the Darwin Starlight Ball and then donated to the Starlight Foundation in the Territory.
Mix 104.9’s Ali has volunteered to take part in the ‘Dunking Machine’. Greg’s ensuring the water temperature is set at 2 degrees Celsius.
Last year, Starlight’s hospital programs reached more than 6,000 children at the Royal Darwin Hospital in Tiwi, NT and Captain Starlight accompanied health professionals to areas including Alice Springs, Gove, Katherine and Tennant Creek, to conduct fun and engaging activities under the open sky.
