Once one of Hollywood’s most successful leading ladies, Renée Zellweger has shied away from the limelight in recent years but made a rare public appearance on Monday night.

The “Bridget Jones’ Diary” star, 45, attended Elle’s Women in Hollywood Awards at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles sporting a decidedly different look.
Zellweger was accompanied to the 21st edition of the annual event by boyfriend Doyle Bramhall II, whom she’s been dating since 2012.
While the actress headlined a number of hit movies during the mid-’90s and the aughts, she hasn’t been seen on the silver screen since 2010’s “My Own Love Song.”
That will change next year, though, when she stars alongside Keanu Reeves in the legal thriller “The Whole Truth.”
A rep for the actress didn’t immediately return a request for comment.
